Boarding Pick Up and Drop-Off Times
Kindly drop off and pick up your pet at least one hour before our closing time to allow us the time to provide our best service.

Out of Hours Pick Ups or Drop-Offs
There are no pick-ups or drop-offs on the holidays we are closed.
Early or late pick up and drop-offs on days we are open for business (outside our scheduled hours) can be scheduled with a member of our front desk team within a specified window for an additional $25 per dog if we have the available staff.
