  • No. If your dog is in heat, she is not allowed in the facility. If she goes into heat while in our care, she will be enrolled in solo play and a daily special handling fee will be applied.

  • In most cases, no. The safety and health of your dog is most important to us. If your dog is known to get sick while boarding or tries to escape by chewing and scratching their enclosure or our fencing, you may be charged a fee for damages if excessive. The property damage fee is a flat fee STARTING at $50. If your dog must be moved to a different room due to anxiety, the change in room rate will be reflected on your final bill and you will be notified.

  • While we don’t use crates for overnight boarding—we sometimes use them in the course of a day for daycare breaks or during spa services. We do not accept dogs who are reactive to being in any enclosures.

  • If your dog has had a recent medical procedure or communicable disease, she needs to be cleared by a vet before the stay. We will need a written statement from your vet stating that it is safe for your pet and for other pets we serve.

  • If an injury occurs while in our care, we contact the pet parent or the emergency contact by phone, text or in app messaging within 3 hours of said incident. Depending on the seriousness of the injury, we may seek emergency services. There may be charges/fees associated with incidents. The owner will be notified of any fees incurred.

  • As a boutique style hotel for dogs, we limit the number of dogs we serve to ensure the best experience for you and your pup. In order for us to best serve our clients, fido fido has a 48-hour boarding cancellation policy. If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment day a $75 cancellation fee will apply and your deposit for that stay will be credited back to your account for future use. Any charges incurred according to our policies will be billed to the card on file on the same day.
