If your pup is known to get sick while boarding or tries to escape by chewing and scratching their enclosure or our fencing, you may be charged a fee for damages if excessive. If an injury occurs while in our care, we contact the pet parent or the emergency contact by phone, text or in app messaging within 3 hours of said incident. Depending on the seriousness of the injury, we may seek emergency services. There may be charges/fees associated with incidents. The owner will be notified of any fees incurred.

In order for us to best serve our clients, fido fido has a 48-hour boarding cancellation policy. If you cancel your appointment within 48 hours of your appointment day a $25 cancellation fee will apply and your deposit for that stay will be credited back to your account for future use. Any charges incurred according to our policies will be billed to the card on file on the same day.
